Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this charming 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6, and is the perfect home base for your Shenandoah Valley escape. Just minutes from river adventures and a short drive to charming small towns, local wineries, and scenic hiking trails, Acorn Hill offers fun-filled days followed by relaxing evenings to unwind and recharge in a peaceful setting.

Dog friendly so your furry travel companion (2 max) are welcome to join the adventure ($60 flat pet fee per stay - no nightly charges).

The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for gathering. Stream your favorite shows, cook a meal, or dine outside at the patio table on the back deck after grilling. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit, roast s’mores, and enjoy the star-filled skies.

While the property isn’t fully secluded, the wooded surroundings and nearby vacation homes create a peaceful, private feel.

Need space for a larger group? Acorn Hill is next door to our other property, Vista Grande, which also sleeps 6. The homes are separated by a wooded lot—close enough for an easy walk between them, yet spaced far enough apart to enjoy your own privacy.

Things to Note: 

The charming town of Luray and the famous Luray Caverns are 20 mins away. 

Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park (off Hwy 211) is a scenic 25–30 minute drive from the cabin. 

Shenandoah River Outfitters is a walkable distance away (or a 1 minute drive).

Camp fire wood available for purchase ($10 per bundle).

No EV charging is available on-site, and use of indoor or outdoor electrical outlets is not permitted. If you need to charge your vehicle, convenient charging stations can be found in the nearby town of Luray.

A 3-night minimum stay is required for bookings that include any federal or major holidays.

Damage/excessive cleaning will result in a $150 minimum fee.

Failure to respect the non-smoking rule will result in a $100 minimum fee.
